Job Description:

Currently seeking a Financial Business Analyst to join a thriving financial technology firm. The Business Analyst must be able to coalesce numerous data sources to create scalable, meaningful management, company and board facing reporting. Responsibilities ? Prepare daily / weekly / monthly financial reports that will provide timely insight related to business results and trends. ? Conduct analysis to support information for monthly / quarterly board packages ? Analyze various client segments to support regional business reviews ? Assist budget and re forecast process ? Identify inconsistencies in client / broker revenue generation ? Scenario analysis of current and prospective broker / client pricing models ? AdHoc Analysis ? Interface daily with members of Client operations, Client Service, sales & Management Teams ? Build technical knowledge and understanding of key drivers of business Required Skills ? 1-5 years in an analytical role ? Bachelor?s degree in Finance or other relevant field that demonstrates quantitative focus ? Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis ? Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint ? Experience with Micro Strategy or other Business Intelligence tools a plus Relevant Skills ? Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy utilizing strong analytical and organizational skills. ? Proactive individual that can build effective relationships with business managers and staff ? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written ?
