Accounts Payable Clerk About the Company & Opportunity: My
client is a leading community based nonprofit located in Prospect
Park/East Flatbush, Brooklyn near many forms of public
transportation Working with a close knit team, extremely low
turnover in the department, friendly, family oriented culture!
Systems are extremely automated and user friendly!
Responsibilities: Accurately enter invoice information received via
AP inbox, gather appropriate approvals to prepare invoices for
payment Communicate with vendors on a daily basis to provide
payment status updates / request missing information Data entry via
Excel Experience Preferred: All levels encouraged to apply! Strong
attention to detail and follow up skills Team player mentality
