Staff Accountant Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 (bonus eligible and based on company performance) Our client is a privately owned international company with over 50 years of expertise in the industry. Their primary focus is to protect the interest of their clients who are located across the United States and spanning from Latin America to Asia. Company is privately held and extremely stable Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant: Manage accounts payable transactions, including review of expenses, ensuring proper approvals and processing for payment Auditing and coding expense reports, handling credit card accounts, etc. Maintaining files with appropriate documentation and approvals Support finance team in the month-end closing process, including journal entry and accrual preparation and account analysis Other accounting related responsibilities such as but not limited to billing/invoicing Other general office and administrative duties Work on ad hoc projects as needed Qualifications of the Staff Accountant: 2 years of applicable experience General accounting knowledge Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Self-driven with a keen attention to detail Intermediate to strong Excel proficiency Concur expense reporting software experience is a plus Staff Accountant Staff Accountant Staff Accountant Staff Accountant Staff Accountant INJUNE2025 LI-EL1
