Job Title: ADP Payroll Analyst Duration: 6 Months Location:
Charlotte, NC 28262 or Rahway, NJ 07065 Pay Rate: $33/hr.

startups. Job Description: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
(Required): • High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience
working in a strong (fast-paced environment) payroll position. •
Strong in-depth understanding of compliance related to payroll
processing, including wage and hour laws (Federal, State, Local). •
Ability to prioritize effectively and work under tight deadlines. •
Experience in high-volume processing. • Strong experience in Excel
and PowerPoint. • Excellent written and oral communication and
interpersonal skills along with high personal integrity,
credibility, and energy. • Experience with ADP Enterprise System. •
Time and attendance support via entries, edits, and configuration.
• Comprehensive Outsourcing Experience. • Union payroll processing
experience. Education / Experience (Preferred): • Experience using
Workday HR Information Systems (HRIS) for both data storage and
analysis. • Experience working with payroll processing vendors,
coordinating, and monitoring payroll processing functions or
vendors performing these functions. • Knowledge of HR business
processes and working with independent groups (e.g., Finance and
Human Resources) through experience working with interdependent
groups impacted by the payroll process. • Bachelor's degree in
related discipline. • Experience with Service Now. • Union CBA and
time configuration experience.
