Job Description:
This role will work closely with Enterprise Business Service
Leadership and seamlessly partner with existing reporting and
client service teams. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in
defining and implementing changes, as well as establishing
integration points with other support teams, streamlining processes
and driving efficiency across the board. Client Details Founded in

offer products across U.S. and international markets. They
currently manage approximately $139 billion in assets for
institutional investors and other entities across the globe.
Description Contribute significantly to the monthly and quarterly
client reporting cycle, supporting all stages-from data collection
and validation to the production and timely delivery of final
reports. Aggregate and synthesize data from multiple sources to
produce accurate, client-ready reporting packages, ensuring
compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with client
expectations. Assess and enhance the current reporting
infrastructure, identifying opportunities for process improvement,
automation, and efficiency gains in line with firm objectives and
industry best practices. Promote cross-functional collaboration by
engaging effectively with teams across Enterprise Business
Services, Data, Investments, and Technology to support seamless
reporting operations. Create and maintain comprehensive
documentation detailing current reporting workflows and procedures,
supporting process consistency and effective knowledge transfer.
Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies, responding to
ad-hoc reporting requests with a proactive, problem-solving
mindset. Profile Over 7 years of recent experience in Buy Side
Asset Management reporting or a closely related function, with a
deep understanding of Fixed Income portfolios and critical
performance and attribution metrics. Proven ability to gather and
consolidate data from multiple sources, producing accurate, timely,
and detailed client reporting packages tailored to institutional
standards. Highly proficient in reporting tools and technologies,
with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint,
enabling efficient data analysis, automation, and professional
presentation of results. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills, with demonstrated success in directly engaging with
clients, investment professionals, and senior leadership,
translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Collaborative team player with a proactive, self-motivated
approach, fostering open communication and driving collective
success across functions. Exceptionally organized and
detail-focused, able to effectively manage competing priorities,
meet deadlines, and solve problems independently under pressure.
