our Partners, in Philadelphia, is seeking experienced Certified
Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide ongoing locum
tenens coverage within a medically directed anesthesia care team
model. Providers must be able to commit to at least two shifts per
week and hold an active Pennsylvania CRNA license. /n/n Pay
ranking: This assignment offers Top 15% pay ranking compared to the
2025 Pennsylvania locum CRNA market, based on provider pay. /n/n
Emergency/temporary privileges are available, with an estimated
credentialing timeframe of 30–60 days. /n/n/nAssignment
Highlights/n/n /n/t - /n/t Ongoing locum CRNA coverage need
/n/t/n/t - /n/t Minimum commitment of 2 shifts per week required
/n/t/n/t - /n/t Preferred 12-hour shifts; open to 16- or 24-hour

/n/n/nJob Responsibilities/n/n /n/t - /n/t Provide anesthesia
services in a medically directed care team model /n/t/n/t - /n/t
Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and participate in postoperative
care /n/t/n/t - /n/t Deliver anesthesia across multiple service
lines including: /n/n/t /n/t/t - /n/t/t Thoracic surgery
/n/t/t/n/t/t - /n/t/t Major vascular surgery /n/t/t/n/t/t - /n/t/t
Trauma cases /n/t/t/n/t/t - /n/t/t Orthopedics /n/t/t/n/t/t -
/n/t/t Neuro cases (occasionally) /n/t/t/n/t/t - /n/t/t Outpatient
surgery (occasionally) /n/t/t/n/t /n/t/n/t - /n/t Collaborate with
anesthesiologists and perioperative staff /n/t/n/t - /n/t Document
care accurately in Cerner EMR /n/t/n/t - /n/t Participate in OR
efficiency and patient safety initiatives /n/t/n/n/n/nSkills &
Experience/n/n /n/t - /n/t Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
(CRNA) /n/t/n/t - /n/t Active Pennsylvania CRNA license (required)

Comfortable with high-acuity adult anesthesia cases /n/t/n/t - /n/t
Experience with thoracic, vascular, trauma, and orthopedic
anesthesia /n/t/n/t - /n/t Spinal anesthesia and regional blocks
preferred but not required /n/t/n/t - /n/t OB experience not
required (skills may be utilized if present) /n/t/n/t - /n/t
