Job Description Job Description LHH has partnered with a large
manufacturing company in their search for an AR Specialist. As an
Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in
maintaining the financial health of the organization. Your efforts
will directly influence cash flow performance, reduce DSO (Days
Sales Outstanding), strengthen customer relationships, and ensure
accuracy across financial reporting. You'll be on the front lines
of resolving deductions, managing past?due invoices, and partnering
with internal teams to drive process efficiency and operational
success. What You'll Do Collections & Dispute Resolution:
Investigate and resolve past?due invoices, analyze deduction
trends, and collaborate with internal teams to drive timely
resolution. Financial Data Management: Utilize SAP ERP to process
credit memos, enter disputes, and support accurate financial
reporting. Analytical Problem-Solving: Research deduction claims,
determine root causes, and identify solutions to prevent
recurrence. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with
sales, finance, and customer service to streamline dispute
workflows and improve customer account performance. Process
Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, automate
tasks, and strengthen financial operations. What Makes This Role

and leadership roles. What We're Looking For 1-3 years of
experience in finance, accounting, or accounts receivable.
Background in collections and deduction management (shortages,
damages, pricing, approvals). Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables,
VLOOKUPs, charts) Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for
investigating discrepancies. Excellent communication skills with
the ability to work across multiple departments and handle
negotiations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced, high-volume environment. Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00
