Order Entry Clerk Location: Toms River, NJ Type: Contract Opportunity Compensation: $19.00 hourly Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday Job Summary: This role is responsible for entering customer orders into the system and preparing basic quotes by email. The employee works closely with the sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure orders are accurate and customers get quick, clear information. Order Entry Clerk Job Duties: Enter customer orders into the system with correct product, quantity, pricing, and delivery info. Review order details and follow up with other CSR as needed Send quotes by email based on price lists or standard pricing. Order Entry Clerk Job Requirements: Order Entry, Office or customer service experience preferred, especially in manufacturing. Basic computer and email skills (Excel, Word, etc.). Good attention to detail and time management. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
