In this position, you'll be a master of multitasking, a problem-solving whiz, and a guardian of our partner's day-to-day success. What You'll Do: Concierge Extraordinaire: Keeping our partner's schedule in tip-top shape Making sure everything runs like clockwork for our fee earners Expertly coordinating meetings and smoothing out potential hiccups Herding our attorneys to meetings, ensuring they're armed with the right tools Master of Communications: Answering calls with a dash of professionalism Skillfully managing emails and mail, getting them where they need to go Playing mail detective and ensuring no task goes unfinished Travel Wizard: Crafting comprehensive travel experiences Booking flights, hotels, and more Creating itineraries that'll make travelers' hearts skip a beat Document Dynamo: Preparing client documents and correspondence Typing up various documents, including legal materials Being the quality control expert, ensuring everything is perfect Financial Guru: Making the billing process look like a breeze Taking care of expense claims and ensuring accuracy Coordinating with the billing team to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Business Development Dynamo: Organizing client events, big and small Keeping our records up to date Building relationships and helping our team stay informed What You'll Bring: A minimum of 15 years of secretarial experience at a global firm Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with iManage and 3E Elite is a plus Flexibility and the ability to work on-site 3 days a week Top-notch organizational skills and an eagle eye for detail A proactive problem-solver Someone who brings a positive attitude to everything they do A guardian of trust and confidentiality Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal An adaptable team player who thrives in an ever-changing role A commitment to personal development and improving your skills https://sourceprosearch.com/
