Description Job Title: Maintenance Repair Technician Location: Lehighton, PA Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00 Date Posted: 03-30-2026 About the Role The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing interior and exterior repairs across company-owned or leased homes and buildings to ensure safety, compliance, and functionality. This role involves hands-on maintenance work, routine inspections, material procurement, and collaboration with contractors and internal stakeholders. The technician ensures all environments remain secure, clean, and well-maintained while supporting operational efficiency and resident well-being.
