skilled Shop Fabricator to join our team in our Boyertown, PA
facility. This role focuses on welding and fabrication work for
various industrial projects within the shop. The ideal candidate
will have at least 2 years of experience in MIG and TIG welding,
with occasional use of Flux and Stick welding for specific
projects. In this role, you will work closely with the team to
complete fabrication projects, ensuring timely delivery and
high-quality results. You will be involved in every step of the
process, from fabricating and assembling components to meeting
specific project requirements. This position offers hands-on
training and opportunities for skill development in a fast-paced,

Requirements: · This role focuses on welding and fabrication work
for various industrial projects within the shop · In this role, you
will work closely with the team to complete fabrication projects,
ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results · You will be
involved in every step of the process, from fabricating and
assembling components to meeting specific project requirements ·

carbon steel · Utilize Flux and Stick welding techniques as
required for specific fabrication projects · Fabricate and assemble
components based on blueprints, technical drawings, and
specifications · Collaborate with the team to complete projects
from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion · Set
up and operate shop tools and equipment, including grinders, saws,
torches, iron workers, plasma table, and presses · Ensure that all
fabricated components meet quality standards and project
specifications · Maintain a clean and safe work environment,
adhering to all safety protocols and shop policies · Assist with
inspections, repairs, and modifications to fabricated components as
needed
