Job Description Job Description CORA Services is a dynamic and
growing not for profit organization in Philadelphia. For more than
50 years, CORA has served children and families experiencing
emotional, academic and social challenges that impact their

compassionate service. CORA’s Community Services Division is
currently seeking a Full-time After School Site Director for Olney
Elementary School. The address for this school is 5301 N. Water
St., Philadelphia, PA 19120 SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday: 10:00
a.m.-6:00 p.m. 40 hours per week Site Directors are expected to
work every week of the year, with the exception of predetermined
CORA Holidays or PTO requested days off. PAY RATE: Starting at
$44,000 YouthCOR Site Directors are expected to travel from CORA's
Main Office (8540 Verree Rd., Phila., PA 19111) to their program
site daily. All CORA team members are expected to uphold the
mission, vision and values of CORA Services which includes valuing
all individuals and supporting each individual’s potential for
growth. In addition, as a Site Director your duties will include:
Build impactful relationships with children, youth and families.
Engage students, families, and other community agencies to connect
families to the program. Become a pillar in the school community by
building and maintaining relationships with school administration,
teachers, families and other stakeholders to ensure program
visibility and community support. Complete administrative duties to
ensure smooth program delivery. Design high quality, fun and
engaging programing in literacy, STEAM and social emotional
learning. Create a safe environment for all staff and students
though best practices in policies and procedures. Grow and
Supervise passionate leaders into role models and advocates for the
youth in the program. Who are we looking for? Staff who care about

leadership skills in the education/child care field. Staff with
supervisory skills and able to lead a team of 5-10 staff. Staff who
prioritize safety and supervision during program time. Staff who
are organized and can meet deadlines in a timely manner. Staff who
maintain professionalism at all times. SITE DIRECTOR
QUALIFICATIONS: Associates' degree with 30 credits in Early
Childhood Education, Childhood Development, Special Education,
Elementary Education, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal
Justice, or Human Services or a related field; or Associates'
degree in Early Childhood Education, Childhood Development, Special
Education, Elementary Education, Social Work, Sociology,
Psychology, Criminal Justice, or Human Services or a related field;
or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
including 30 credit hours in ECE, Child Development, Special
Education, Elementary Education, Social Work, Sociology,
Psychology, Criminal Justice, or Human Services or a related field.
PHYSICAL EXPECTATIONS: Walk and stand for the duration for the
shift (4 hours during school year, 8 hours during summer). Walk at
a pace to stay with a group of children during field trips. (Length
of walking varies for trip). Transition between sitting, standing
and kneeling, as needed. Lift and carry 25 lbs. CORA Offers:
