This role is ideal for an experienced early childhood educator who excels at creating structured routines, fostering independence, and supporting toddlers social, emotional, and language development in a play-based learning environment. Our toddler program emphasizes consistency, positive guidance, and hands-on experiences that help children feel secure, confident, and excited to learn. Key Responsibilities: Lead a toddler classroom in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment Implement daily lessons aligned with The Learning Experience L.E.A.P.
