Four ABA Paraprofessional positions are available in Levittown, PA, supporting K-12 classrooms with students requiring severe intensity autism support (Level 3). These full-time contract roles offer a MondayFriday schedule, approximately 37.5 hours per week between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM, aligned with the assigned school calendar through June 12, 2026 (tentative end date). Responsibilities: - Provide one-on-one support to students with autism and severe behavioral needs, including intervention for physical aggression, elopement, and implementation of safety protocols. - Collaborate with teachers and specialists to deliver ABA strategies in the classroom. - Attend a mandatory orientation week prior to assignment commencement. - Maintain consistent punctuality and reliability, adhering to scheduled hours. - Complete paraprofessional certification if not currently credentialed. Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum of 1 year experience as an ABA paraprofessional in a K-12 classroom setting. - Must meet Pennsylvania paraprofessional requirements: two years post-secondary education (48 credits), an associate degree or higher, or state-approved assessment certification (CDA or PDE Credential of Competency). - Able to obtain paraprofessional certification within 60 days if not currently certified. - Reside within 35 minutes of Levittown, PA, with reliable transportation. - Able to attend the full mandatory orientation week. - Demonstrated experience supporting students with challenging behaviors requiring advanced safety interventions. Additional Requirements: - Submission of two supervisor references. - Agreement to state credentialing requirements. - Clear communication regarding availability and any potential attendance impacts. - Understanding of the direct submission process for paraprofessional placement.
