Job Description Bearon MFG is looking for a CNC Machinist to
join our team! This role includes setting up, operating, and
adjusting numerical controlled (CNC) machinery that automatically
mills, punches, drills, broaches, threads, faces, reams, and
occasional profiling and contouring of metal and/or plastic parts.
Must have the ability to follow written instructions and read
blueprint specifications. Performs advanced setup operations,
adjusts and checks out programming and operates numerically
controlled machine tools to perform a complex series of progressive
machining operations on a diversified line of work to close and
exacting tolerances and finish specifications requiring a high
degree of skill. May set up machines for and instruct other
operators. Checks parts for conformance to specifications by
utilizing measurement and gaging devices. Our comprehensive

Operator may run more than one unit simultaneously. /n - Prepare
and operate CNC machines to make parts to customer specifications
/n - Quality control and inspection of parts /n - Conduct routine
machine maintenance, adhering to safety protocols /n -
Documentation and reporting of production records and machine
reports /n - Work as part of a team and identify improvements to
the optimize machining techniques, programs, etc. /n /n
QUALIFICATIONS: /n - High School or equivalent required, trade
school (can be in mechanics, auto, manufacturing etc.) preferred /n
- 5 Years experience in CNC Operation and set-up /n - Manufacturing
experience required; metal manufacturing preferred /n - Mechanical
aptitude /n - Ability to develop programming skills /n - Great
attitude and attendance /n - Ability to use hand tools and read
blue prints /n - Ability to use measuring tools and shop
mathematics /n - Ability to stand for 8 hours /n - Ability to lift
up to 50 pounds over the course of a shift /n - Willingness to
learn new things /n - Experienced in CNC Operation is a plus! /n
