Job Description SGL Sinking Spring is located in Southeastern Pennsylvania and is part of the Business Unit Graphite Solutions. Our site employs around 30 employees. Our focus is on the flexible machining of graphite and carbon components for a wide range of industrial and electronic applications and we work closely with the site in St. Marys. Position Summary: A Class A Machinist performs machining and fitting operations on all kinds of parts and machines. Lays out work from blueprints and written specifications. Highly diversified work involving very close tolerances. Sets-up and operates all types of machine tools. Skillfully uses all machinist hand tools and is capable of using other inspection methods including the CMM and optical comparator.
