Liro Group, a leading provider in engineering and construction management, seeks an experienced Project Executive to lead our mission of enhancing urban infrastructure. Situated in our Syosset, NY headquarters, this role offers the opportunity to oversee and direct multimillion-dollar construction projects from conception to completion. Our ideal candidate will be an expert in managing complex projects and bring innovative solutions to the forefront, driving sustainability and efficiency. Oversee multiple construction projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Lead, supervise, and mentor project teams including project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals. Act as the primary liaison with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and satisfactory progress reporting. Develop strategic plans and resource allocation models to optimize the efficiency of project operations. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Implement rigorous safety and quality controls on all projects. Address and resolve any issues or delays primarily related to the project, including the coordination and response to project emergencies. Drive innovative practices and technologies within the project management sphere at Liro Group. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and project management software Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification PE (Professional Engineer) License - preferred
