Job Description:

seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our
multidisciplinary team. Based in Syosset, NY, LiRo is integral in
enhancing urban infrastructure through top-tier engineering,
construction management, and technology services. This entry-level
position provides a robust platform for launching a successful
career in civil engineering with opportunities to work on
transformative projects across various sectors. Assist in the
design and analysis of civil engineering projects including but not
limited to roads, bridges, and public transport systems.
Collaborate with project team members to solve engineering problems
and implement efficient solutions. Prepare, modify and maintain
drawings, charts, and reports to document each project phase.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary data and
monitor project progress. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors
to ensure specifications are met and materials are appropriately
utilized. Comply with all applicable regulations, laws, and
industry best practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and
other engineering software. Strong understanding of civil
engineering principles and standards. Ability to analyze and
interpret technical data. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Effective project and time management
capabilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
preferred. Familiarity with industry-standard methodologies like
LEED, FE, or PE considered a plus.
