Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join the team at a premier HVAC company! This position involves troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment and systems, performing preventive maintenance, and acting as a trusted advisor to our customers. You will also engage in building strong customer relationships and recommending appropriate repairs and upgrades. Responsibilities Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems that are not working and replace defective parts. Perform preventive maintenance on all types of HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and identify potential problems. Act as a trusted adviser to recommend appropriate repairs and upgrades to customers. Discuss pricing, value, and advantages of recommended repairs and upgrades with customers. Build strong customer relationships and understand the needs and expectations of both new and existing customers. Why Work Here? Essential Skills Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. Experience with HVAC commercial systems, boilers, and sheet metal with practice in repair and installation. Ability to read schematics and blueprints. Strong customer service skills. Experience with rooftop units, cooling towers, chillers, heat pumps, air conditioners, hydronic systems, and geothermal units. Knowledge of gas furnaces, gas boilers, oil furnaces, and oil boilers. EPA Universal certification is a plus. Work Environment Work primarily takes place at existing commercial construction sites within 1.5 hours of Perkasie, PA. The role involves outdoor work, so weather conditions must be considered. Teams range from 1-6 people, and the dress code includes work boots, jeans, and a company-provided shirt. Projects include warehouses, schools, retirement communities, car dealerships, and strip malls. The position operates Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, with a 40-hour workweek. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Perkasie, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $85000.00/yr. 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Company Vehicle Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Perkasie,PA.
