Job Description Job Description Operations Manager We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations at a local branch while partnering with regional leadership. This role owns team performance, job execution, and operational results, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build and motivate teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability Lead, coach, and develop field and office teams Manage hiring, onboarding, and training for the location Conduct job site visits to monitor progress and performance Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and safety standards Communicate performance updates and challenges to regional leadership Represent the company professionally in the local market Position Details Location: Raleigh, NC (some travel required) Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with on-call availability as needed Salary: $85,000–$105,000 performance bonus Vehicle: Company vehicle provided (gas & maintenance included) What’s Offered Full benefits (medical, dental, 401k) Growth opportunities within a stable organization Team-focused culture with strong leadership support Qualifications 7 years of leadership experience in construction, or a related field Bachelor’s degree in business or management (preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with project management, scheduling, and inventory oversight Organized, proactive, and comfortable being hands-on
