Job Description Job Description Maintenance Manager We are
seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance
operations at a manufacturing site. This role is responsible for
ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production and
facility equipment while driving preventive maintenance and
continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Lead and
manage the Maintenance Department, including budgets, staffing, and
KPIs - Oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
and improve asset reliability - Ensure compliance with safety,
OSHA, GMP, and food safety standards - Manage vendors, contractors,
CMMS, and spare parts inventory - Partner with Production,
Engineering, Quality, and Safety teams - Lead root cause analysis
and reliability improvement efforts Qualifications - 4 years of
industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing/packaging - 2
years in a maintenance leadership role (food manufacturing
preferred) - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and
facility systems - Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning -
Proven leadership and communication skills Preferred - Technical
degree or certification - Experience with TPM, Lean, or predictive
