Job Description:

Advantage Healthcare is looking for a Branch Manager to join its growing team! The Branch Manager manages the branch office relative to the delivery of Client Services, employees, referral sources and business functions, in accordance with Company policies. They plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret programs goals and objectives, and follow the policies and procedures necessary in the provision of quality care and business operations.BRANCH MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Directs and administers a comprehensive, coordinated program of patient care services in conjunction with agency policies.2. Ensures implementation of the short- and long-term goals for strategic planning for the Company.3. Administers and implements the Company's personnel policies and practices for the branch.4. Manages and supervises the employment, evaluation and termination of branch personnel, within the guidelines of the Company.5. Assures that personnel records are current and that workers meet all applicable standards and requirements.6. Supervises and evaluates branch office staff regarding interpretation,a. implementation, and compliance with Company policies, state and federalb. regulations and accreditation standards.7. Supervises the branch office staff to assure adequate availability of staff and supplies to provide quality patient care.8. Provides education, guidance and counseling to all branch employees to assist them in continually improving the implementation of their job functions.9. Assures that all direct care staff are supervised by a registered nurse, as required by law,standards of practice, contract or accreditation.10. Reports to the COO on a regular basis the status of cases, staff competency and staffing needs.11. Identifies problems and works out plans for effective action; communicates unresolved problems to the administrator.12. Manages the implementation of a cost-effective program for the branch.13. Assures all payroll, relevant billing and business documentation is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis.14. Prepares and submits required service statistics and reports on a timely basis.15. Participates in performance improvement activities and other agency committees.16. Has on-call responsibilities for administrative issues and is available for other on-call duty as necessary.17. Interprets agency services and policies to patients, the community and other health care representatives.18. Assumes marketing responsibility for branch office and increases sales on a consistent basis.19. Cooperates and coordinates with other community agencies, including representingthe agency in community programs.BRANCH MANAGER EDUCATION OR TRAINING REQUIRED:High School graduate with additional courses; college graduate preferred.BRANCH MANAGER MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:One year of supervisory experience, preferably in a licensed home health care agency.Starting salary- $60kJob Type: Full-timePay: From $60,000.00 per yearSchedule:* 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:* East Orange, NJ 07018: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: One location
