East Orange - New Jersey - United States of America, Edison - New Jersey - United States of America, Elizabeth - New Jersey - United States of America, Manhattan - New York - United States of America JOB SUMMARY Responsible for ensuring the proper balance between business needs, technology options, and processes specifically related to the Client's Workplace design and delivery team and CBRE PJM. Represents the "voice" of the CBRE PJM team, translating their efforts into tangible analytics while fielding client requests that require the coordination or CBRE's PJM services. Our Client is transitioning to a new project management system and operating model. This role will be responsible for the representation of the project management team and its' execution of projects. A successful transition and migration is critical but most important is that this role is the first touch point between the client and the PJM team. and it understands the nuances of the ongoing systems and processes in the current and new contract. This role must be aligned with the goals of our PMO and support the management of our KPIs and other critical data and reporting. The new system and process will be replacing all the ongoing operations used by the project management team. Extensive coordination is required across all stakeholders to successfully manage the relationship between PJM and WDD (Workplace Design and Delivery). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leads low to medium cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal PMO process. Facilitates the Works closely with client's operations and workplace design and delivery team, data migration consultants, business owners, and subject experts in a collaborative environment to create strategic, portfolio analysis and long term programmatic road maps. Draws upon user insights to recommend adjustments to the project management systems and reporting methods. Provides leadership insight in identifying and defining ongoing porches and system features that align with business strategy. Investigates additional process and software solutions that can enhance the client's project management team efficiency and reporting capabilities. Represents end users for portfolio wide reporting and process improvement Facilitates discussions, user story development and refinement, and testing and validation; contributes to roadblocks resolution and decision making. Provides regular updates; manages stakeholder communication and reporting. Acts as a single point of contact for future support and enhancement requests. Actively engages in the current and future development process of project management scope of work and technology, including scrum sessions, demos, and testing activities, and training & change management activities, as needed. Contribute to the development of playbook and business process documents associated with system implementation to the Business teams. Propose any adjustments to the business processes to align with the industry best practices. Understands changes to process and communication to ensure there is clear indication of what the impact will be for the business. Performs other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees. #INDSJ

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (i.e. BA/BS) from College or University in a technical area of study (i.e. Project Management, Finance, Information Management Systems, and/or Business Administration). Five to seven years of related experience and/or training. Subject matter expert in the fields of real estate operations, business strategy, and/or product management. Must have experience working in the corporate, commercial, or retail real estate sector. Must have experience working with global, cross functional teams, and engaging with upper level management Must have previous experience in data management of construction/real estate portfolios as well as sound financial management of complex real estate portfolios. Experience with Tableau, e Builder, and Salesforce for projects, programs, or multi-site portfolios is preferred. CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent influencing, writing, and verbal skills with an ability to inform cross-functional teams in a simplified and thoughtful manner. Stakeholder management and communications with CBRE and Client leadership. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to CBRE and Client teams. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis. REASONING ABILITY Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES Advanced skills with Google Workspace application, reporting dashboards. Advanced knowledge of the financial process and associated formulas and calculations. Ability to research, understand, analyze, and interpret complex documents accurately. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to solve problems of moderate complexity. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Decisions made with comprehensive understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause medium-term impact to the department.
