A company is looking for a Director, Lifecycle Engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement product engagement strategies to enhance customer interaction
Lead a team to create lifecycle programs aimed at increasing retention and maximizing lifetime value
Utilize marketing automation channels to drive customer engagement and reduce churn

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in product engagement strategy and lifecycle marketing
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
Expertise in marketing automation tools and techniques
Track record of driving customer engagement and retention initiatives
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field
