At Stress Care, we provide a full range of Outpatient Services, including Psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Management, Traditional Therapy, Group Therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Partial Care. We work with adults and adolescents and our integrated treatment team consists of Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Social Workers, Counselors, Peer Professionals, and other allied team membersWe are currently seeking a full-time or part-time LCSW/LPC/LSW/LAC to join our multi-disciplinary team.Qualifications and SkillsNJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) licenseStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to multitaskExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively as part of the clinical team as well as the overall organizational teamProficiency with EMRs, as well as solid computer and basic technology skills, are needed.Responsibilities and DutiesEvaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.Provide individual, family, and couples counseling.Provide high-quality, compassionate, and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to clients as scheduled.Provide services and conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the professional Code of Ethics.Complete timely and accurate documentation including treatment plans, initial assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.Complete clinical documentation within same day of service (progress notes to be completed after each session, initial assessment and treatment plan completed within 24 hours of date of service).About our Benefits:Stress Care of New Jersey offers a comprehensive variety of benefits to promote health and financial security for you and your family:Competitive SalaryComprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Plan OptionsGenerous Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, personal)401K Retirement Plan (Employer Match!)Tuition ReimbursementCovered Malpractice InsuranceDiscount offers for cell phone service, entertainment, travel, shopping, childcare and much more!Job Type: Full-time / Part-Timeby Jobble
