• Deliver in-home nursing care to adult or pediatric patients with chronic or complex health conditions
• Support patients with Gastrostomy tubes, Tracheostomy tubes, seizure disorders, neurological, respiratory, and muscular-skeletal disorders
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity while following care plans
• Communicate with family members and clinical teams to ensure high-quality careRequirements
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New Jersey
  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, LTC, home care, etc.)
  • Experience with Trach or G-tube care strongly preferred
  • Must have own vehicle
  • Comfortable working independently in home environments
