Job Description:
*Helping patients regain their voice, confidence, and quality of
life.*We are seeking a skilled and motivated *Speech-Language
Pathologist* to join our team in a *Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
in Leesport, PA*. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate
about improving communication and swallowing function while working
in a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.*What
Youll Do:** Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language,
cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in adult and
geriatric populations.* Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.* Collaborate with an
interdisciplinary care team to provide holistic patient care.*
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and
progress.* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance
with facility and regulatory guidelines.*What Were Looking For:**
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited
program.* ASHA *CCC-SLP* preferred; *CFs with strong clinical
skills* are encouraged to apply.* Valid Pennsylvania state license
(or eligibility to obtain).* Experience in a skilled nursing or
rehabilitation setting is a plus.* Strong communication,
