Medical Director - Exton & King of Prussia, PA Job-type: Full-Time Outpatient On-Site Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (minimal on-call; no nights/weekends) About the Role : The Medical Director will split responsibilities between direct patient care (70%) and clinical/administrative leadership (30%) . Reporting directly to the CEO, this role serves as the final authority for all clinical standards and provider oversight. Key Responsibilities: Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments with compassion. Maintain a patient panel with strong bedside manner. Serve as authority on medical matters. Supervise Clinical Operations and ensure compliance. Evaluate new treatments and improve patient experience. Collaborate on strategy and uphold core values. Qualifications: M.D. or D.O., board-certified in a relevant speciality (aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or plastic surgery). Minimum 2 years of experience with aesthetic injectables (required). Proven leadership experience managing providers and clinical operations. Strong reputation in the aesthetic medicine community.
