Job Description Job Description PRN Remote CRNP – Follow-Up Medication Management Location : Primarily Remote (with biweekly onsite orientation in Delaware County) Hours : 16–24 hours per week to start Schedule : Flexible | PRN Position Overview MVP Recovery is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to provide follow-up medication management appointments in a PRN, primarily remote capacity. This role is focused exclusively on established patients and medication follow-ups, supporting continuity of care within our outpatient programs. This position operates under a fee-for-service (FFS) compensation model for billable clinical encounters, with an additional stipend for required non-billable time, including documentation, care coordination, and team communication. Onsite / Hybrid Expectation To support orientation and clinical alignment, the CRNP will be required to be onsite for approximately 2 hours bi-weekly to start. Over time, this role may transition to a hybrid model if clinically or operationally necessary, based on program needs and mutual agreement. Key Responsibilities Conduct follow-up medication management appointments via telehealth. Assess patient response to medications and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Document all encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support continuity and quality of care. Participate in required administrative tasks, team communication, and coordination as needed. Maintain compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards. Compensation Competitive fee-for-service (FFS) rate for billable patient encounters, aligned with current telehealth psychiatric NP market trends. Stipend for non-billable time, including documentation, meetings, and required administrative duties. Final compensation is commensurate with experience, licensure, and clinical scope. Qualifications Active, unrestricted CRNP license in Pennsylvania. Experience with outpatient medication management; psychiatric medication management experience strongly preferred. Comfort working in a telehealth environment. Strong clinical judgment, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Additional Information This is a PRN position with flexible scheduling.
