We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. This role focuses on assessing student needs, developing therapeutic plans, and implementing physical therapy interventions designed to aid student physical developments and improve their daily lives. As a school Physical Therapist, you will collaborate with other educational staff to support comprehensive plans that foster students' abilities and facilitate their active participation in educational activities. Evaluate students' physical capabilities and needs to effectively formulate individualized plans. Implement physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strengthen muscle groups, and facilitate pain management for students. Collaborate with educational staff to incorporate physical therapy with educational activities. Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and adjust therapeutic plans as needed. Provide guidance on the use of assistive devices and modifications for classroom accommodations. Engage in continuous education to implement the latest physiotherapy techniques in school settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to assess and treat physical disabilities and impairments. Skillful in planning and executing individualized therapeutic interventions. Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment and adapting environments for student accessibility. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy license. CPR certified. Preferably certified in Pediatric Physical Therapy (PCS).
