Practice Provider (NP/PA) Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time Salary:
$135K – $155K (Base $150K potential $5K bonus depending on
experience) Schedule: Full-time | Flexible scheduling available ?
Role Highlights: • Provide outpatient nephrology care including
CKD, hypertension, electrolyte disorders & renal conditions •
Perform inpatient nephrology consults and hospital rounding •
Manage acute & chronic dialysis patients with daily dialysis
rounding • Order & interpret labs and diagnostic imaging •
Collaborate with nephrologists and multidisciplinary care teams
