with clients, franchisees, and team members alike. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lead Physical Therapist role at
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, located in Lower Gwynedd, PA. As
a Lead Physical Therapist, you will oversee patient evaluations,
develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide
both short-term and long-term rehabilitation care. Responsibilities
include mentoring other therapists, ensuring the highest standards
of patient care, and maintaining compliance with professional and
legal standards while fostering a positive clinic environment and
cultivating strong patient relationships. Qualifications Expertise
in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices Vestibular
Certification/ Pelvic Floor Certification Preferred but not
required. Proficiency in applying medical knowledge to personalized
treatment plans Leadership abilities to mentor and guide a team of
therapists Current Physical Therapist license in the state of
Pennsylvania Strong communication and interpersonal skills Minimum
of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate of Physical
Therapy is preferred CPR certification and knowledge of advanced
therapeutic modalities are a plus
