Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is
available for a Physical Therapist specializing in school-based
therapy, serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade during the
Extended School Year (ESY). This onsite role is located in a
regional day school setting in Jackson, New Jersey, providing
targeted support to students attending the ESY program. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver direct physical therapy services to
eligible students across PK-12 grades during ESY Collaborate with
educators and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement
individualized treatment plans Monitor student progress and adjust
therapy interventions as needed Maintain accurate and timely
documentation in compliance with program requirements Participate
in team meetings and communicate effectively with school staff and
families Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid Physical
Therapy license Experience working in school-based therapy settings
preferred Strong understanding of pediatric physical therapy
principles and developmental milestones Ability to work
collaboratively within educational teams Excellent communication
and organizational skills Schedule and Location: Contract
employment from July 1, 2026, through August 12, 2026 Workdays:
Monday through Thursday, with closure on July 6 Hours: 9:30 a.m. to
12:45 p.m. Onsite role at a regional day school in Jackson, NJ This
