Opportunity Highlights

• Competitive base salary of $650,000 annually with additional annual quality incentive bonuses up to $25,000.

Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

As part of a dynamic team, you will work alongside three perinatologists and two advanced practice nurses, providing both outpatient and inpatient care. The role includes rotating between two practice locations and delivering consultative services at a respected regional medical center. The facility boasts a Level III NICU with 22 beds, nine labor and delivery beds, and 25 private postpartum beds, ensuring a comprehensive care environment.

Schedule and Assignment Details

Enjoy a predictable work-life balance with a 5-day workweek, maintaining office hours from 9 am to 5 pm, while participating in a rotating consultative call schedule, including nights and weekends. Your responsibilities will span across multiple sites, providing a diverse and engaging clinical experience.

Support and Work Environment

You will be joining a well-supported practice with a full team of dedicated professionals, including a practice manager, RN clinical manager, registered nurses, and perinatal sonographers. The position involves close collaboration with OB generalists and neonatologists, utilizing advanced EMR systems like Cerner and GE Viewpoint for efficient and seamless care delivery.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine is required.
• Active and unrestricted NJ medical license or willingness to obtain one.
• DEA and CSR/CDS certification is mandatory.
• Valid COVID and Flu vaccination compliance required.
• Willingness to rotate between Pomona and Atlantic City locations.
• Disclosure of malpractice history and recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) required.
