We are looking for an exceptional driver to join our growing team of professionals. Driver Responsibilities Include: The primary goal of our drivers is to ensure that we are providing safe, efficient and effective transportation for students. Performs maintenance and inspections of Center’s facilities and systems to ensure functionality and prevent disruption of student and staff services. Completes, tracks and documents work status and notifies supervisor of issues and concerns. Provides students with timely and efficient student transportation services as required. Maintains appropriate vehicle documentation per DOL/Company requirements. Schedules and delivers vehicles for preventive maintenance and repairs as necessary. Provide transportation to students to/from Center. Assists the Safety & Security department to maintain a safe and secure Center environment. Responsible for Center security, visitor control and student accountability. Qualifications Driver Qualifications Include: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degrees preferred. Prefer previous experience working with youth. Must possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License in their residing state and meet Company insurability requirements. Passenger Endorsement is required or able to acquired within a reasonable time frame. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and/or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.
