in healthcare, marketing, or sales (Home Care experience preferred)
Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
preferred Strong communication, organization, and
relationship-building skills Demonstrated ability to generate leads
and drive referrals Ability to “solution sell” and understand
client needs Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within
assigned territory Responsibilities Drive referrals and admissions
within assigned territory Meet and exceed established sales goals
and quotas Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, skilled
nursing facilities, clinics, and other referral sources Proactively
identify and engage potential clients and families for home care
services Coordinate and manage the referral and onboarding process
for new patients Maintain consistent outreach and presence within
