Job Summary
Provide hands-on functional support for the global implementation of business solutions in ECC AFS SAP systems, covering end-to-end business support activities. This role reports to the GIT Business Solutions Sr. Director and collaborates closely with global IT and business teams.
Responsibilities

• Support global business solution implementations by managing requirements that add value.
  
• Manage end-to-end business processes, including re-engineering and flow analysis.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners.
  
• Lead activities for global SAP SD system implementations.
  
• Manage project plans, communicate effectively at all levels, and ensure policy compliance.
  
• Perform fit-gap analyses and design functional solutions promoting standardization and simplicity.
  
• Create functional design documentation and troubleshoot SAP issues.
  
• Ensure seamless solution transport and integration with existing systems.
  
• Maintain documentation, support user training, and lead testing efforts.
  
• Respond to service requests efficiently and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  
• Monitor system activities and guide users on system and process inquiries.
  
• Manage enhancements as mini-projects, tracking milestones and updates.
  
• Participate in special projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and collaborate with teams for effective solutions.

• Demand chain processes including Order to Cash, delivery, billing, and ecommerce integration
  
• Design and troubleshoot SAP solutions, including ABAP debugging
  
  Qualifications
  Education
  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA preferred.
  Experience
  
  • 
    
  • Participation in at least 3 end-to-end SAP implementations.
    
  • Experience with S/4HANA preferred.
    
  • 7+ years in SAP SD process re-engineering, solution design, and configuration.
    
  • Experience in developing custom solutions and system interfaces.
    
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
    
  • Self-starter with attention to detail, goal-oriented, and team-focused.
