Description Join Chubb North America’s Personal Risk Services
(PRS) technology team as a Senior Quality Engineer and help us lead
the next evolution of quality engineering in an AI-driven world. We
are seeking a technically exceptional engineer with deep experience
in automation and AI who is eager to drive innovation and
accelerate our quality engineering capabilities. In this role, you
will take ownership of quality across two of our most critical
digital product groups—customer-facing and agent-facing web and
mobile platforms—setting the technical direction and ensuring every
release meets the highest standards of excellence. You’ll have the
opportunity to be both hands-on and strategic, architecting
automation frameworks, evaluating and implementing AI-powered
quality tools, and developing and executing quality strategies that
directly impact product velocity, defect escape rates, and user
confidence. As part of Chubb’s Quality Engineering Chapter, you’ll
collaborate across teams, sharing best practices and influencing
the evolution of quality engineering throughout the organization.

lasting impact. In this role, you will: Champion unified quality
strategy across customer- and agent-facing product groups, aligning
quality goals with roadmaps and release cadences Define and enforce
consistent automation frameworks, quality gates, and testing
standards across UI, API, and integration layers Translate business
and product risks into robust test coverage models, ensuring
critical user journeys are protected by automated regression
Establish, track, and report on key quality KPIs (defect escape
rate, automation coverage, cycle time reduction) to engineering
leadership Architect, build, and evolve scalable automation
frameworks using Playwright, Cucumber, and Postman to support
end-to-end, BDD, and API testing Integrate test suites into CI/CD
pipelines with quality gate enforcement and coverage dashboards,
leveraging tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and SonarQube Mentor
QA Engineers and partner cross-functionally to embed quality into
every delivery stage, drive shift-left BDD practices, and lead
continuous improvement through retrospectives and root-cause
analysis Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or
related field, or equivalent experience 10 years in quality
engineering, building and scaling test automation for complex web
and mobile apps; experience with digital insurance platforms
(Property & Casualty) Expert with Playwright, Cucumber, and Postman
for UI and API automation in CI pipelines Experience integrating
automation into CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and enforcing
quality gates (SonarQube) Familiar with AI-assisted testing tools
(e.g., self-healing frameworks, AI test generation, LLM-based data
synthesis) 3 years leading QA teams, driving end-to-end quality
strategy and stakeholder alignment Skilled in defect lifecycle
management (Jira, Zephyr, X-Ray), mobile testing (Appium,
Espresso), and clear communication of quality risks Demonstrated
expertise in identifying and mitigating security risks during
quality assurance testing of external-facing mobile applications,
ensuring compliance with industry standards and protecting
sensitive client and user data Exposure to performance testing
(JMeter, k6, Gatling) preferred Experience with AI coding
assistants/GenAI feature testing preferred Agile team experience
with a focus on rapid delivery preferred The pay range for the role
is $85,000 to $120,000. The specific offer will depend on an
applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be
eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive
