Job Description:
Let’s be direct: Mission Recruiting is representing a premier,
long-standing New York litigation defense firm that has been a
fixture in the healthcare legal community for decades. They are
currently in a high-growth phase and are looking for five attorneys
to join their teams in Midtown Manhattan, Long Island, or White
Plains. The Reality of the Role The Billing: The annual target is
1,950 hours. We want to be upfront—this is a high-volume,
high-impact desk. However, unlike firms that keep you guessing,
this firm has a structured bonus program that kicks in immediately
at 1,950, so your hard work translates directly into your paycheck.
The Background: We are looking for 2 years of Medical Malpractice
defense. That said, if you have a strong litigation background in
DA, General Liability, or Personal Injury work and want to pivot
into complex healthcare defense, the firm is open to coaching the
right talent. The Schedule: This is a true Hybrid (3 days in / 2
days remote) model. To ensure you have access to leadership and
mentorship, with one mandatory in-office day for the entire team.
