SourcePro Search is conducting a search for a Senior Corporate Paralegal in New York with a top-rated law firm. This role requires at least 6 years of paralegal experience in Corporate law. This position will sit in the New York, NY office. What You'll Do: Your responsibilities will include organize, prepare and file Articles of Incorporation/Organization, state qualifications, organizational and related documents. You will prepare documents for transactions such as closing statements, UCC searches and filings, file annual reports in states where corporations are incorporated and/or qualified to do business and maintains capitalization tables as well as stock and options ledgers. You will organize documents and closing books in connection with corporate transactions such as acquisitions and mergers. You will also develop, monitor and update closing checklists, perform Blue Sky research and filings, maintains minute books (hard copy and electronic) and manage data rooms and matter files. What You'll Bring: College degree and/or a paralegal certificate 6 years' experience as a paralegal in a large law firm or legal department Experience in Blue Sky Private and public company experience Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail https://sourceprosearch.com/
