SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Debt Financing Paralegal in New York or DC. The successful candidate will have a 4-year degree and 5 years of experience in lender/bank side representation. Responsibilities are related to the documentation and closing of commercial lending transactions, including but not limited to assisting with the following: lien searches, charter documents and good standings; conducting intellectual property searches; review and analysis of lien search results; preparing and filing UCC financing statements and amendments; preparing and submitting intellectual property filings at the federal level. Additional duties to include the preparation of document checklists, closing packages (including client required correspondence and fully executed closing documents), and assistance in drafting, editing and reviewing transaction documents. Applicants must be detail oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and exhibit excellent communication skills within team and with clients/vendors. Bachelor's degree required.
