A third-party logistics (3PL) company is seeking a dependable and highly responsible Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong management skills, the ability to lead a team, and familiarity with Amazon-related workflows. While prior warehouse management experience is preferred, the company is open to training the right candidate with strong leadership potential. Responsibilities Include: Overseeing daily warehouse operations and workflow Managing and supervising warehouse staff Ensuring accurate inventory tracking and organization Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments Working with Amazon-related processes, including FBA/FBM as needed Implementing systems to improve efficiency and accountability Maintaining safety standards and warehouse cleanliness Ideal Qualifications: Strong management and leadership skills High level of responsibility and reliability Familiarity with Amazon logistics or e-commerce operations preferred Prior warehouse or operations experience a plus, but not required Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Additional Info: Full-time, on-site position in Elizabeth, NJ Opportunity to grow into a senior operations role This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take ownership of warehouse operations within a growing logistics company.
