Description: The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating
and maintaining various types of machinery in a manufacturing
environment. They will be required to set up machines, monitor
their performance, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that
production goals are met. The Machine Operator will also be
responsible for performing routine maintenance on machines,
troubleshooting issues, and reporting any problems to management.
They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and
have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: Operate and
maintain various types of machinery Set up machines and monitor
their performance Make adjustments as necessary to ensure
production goals are met Perform routine maintenance on machines
Troubleshoot issues and report any problems to management Work
independently and as part of a team Have a strong attention to
detail Requirements We're looking for someone with: A strong work
ethic and eye for detail in a manufacturing environment High School
Diploma/GED Basic math, measurement and documentation skills
Ability to safely operate industrial equipment, such as forklifts
Comfort wearing PPE like gloves and respirators Problem-solving
aptitude to handle issues independently Internal motivation, pride
