Job Description:
Job Description Job Description At Playlist, life's richest

explore, and play. We're building the definitive platform for
intentional living, connecting people with inspiring experiences in
fitness, wellness, and beyond. With popular brands like Mindbody
and ClassPass, Playlist empowers businesses and individuals, making
it effortless for aspirations to become actions. Join us in
reshaping technology's role to foster meaningful, real-world
connections. ClassPass offers thousands of fitness and wellness
experiences worldwide, helping people lead active, balanced
lifestyles. Our platform makes discovering and enjoying activities
simple, personalized, and joyful—whether it's fitness classes,
self-care sessions, a healthy lunch, or a new adventure. Join us in
shaping healthier, more vibrant communities around the globe. About
the Team ClassPass is revolutionizing the fitness and wellness
industry by bringing together the world's best experiences into one
app. Our mission is to motivate people to live inspired lives every
day by introducing and seamlessly connecting them to soul-nurturing
experiences. We're searching for a Senior Product Designer to join
our Consumer team, focusing on helping users get the most value out
of their ClassPass subscription, optimizing how we package,
present, and personalize offers during moments of intent. This
includes designing personalized upsell moments, subscription
management, and payment experiences. About the Role You'll design
experiences that convert curiosity into commitment, exploring and
optimize the end-to-end customer journey to drive activation,
retention, and monetization. You'll use experimentation, insight,
and craft to identify friction, surface value, and design
experiences that accelerate business and customer outcomes. This
role is ideal for a seasoned designer who thrives on transforming
aspirational goals into intuitive, elegant experiences. You set a
high bar for design craft, grounded in systems thinking and
real-world impact. You've led strategic initiatives before and are
equally comfortable zooming out to define vision as you are zooming
in to sweat the details and ship. You'll report directly to the
Director of Design for ClassPass and collaborate closely with
cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Marketing,
and Research. What you'll be doing… You'll turn behavioral insights
into thoughtful experiences that remove friction, build trust, and
deepen engagement throughout the lifecycle. You'll own end-to-end
design strategy and execution for key parts of the ClassPass
platform— shaping vision, flows, and shipped quality. Lead and
contribute to discovery efforts (research, interviews, data
synthesis) to uncover insights and opportunities. Translate
business objectives into thoughtful design opportunities that lead
to intuitive, effective product experiences. You'll work with a
team that is passionate about design craft, our customers, and
staying connected with each other. Mentor & multiply: give incisive
feedback, model great critiques, and help lift the team's pace and
standards. Who you are: You have at least 5 years of product design
experience. You have a portfolio demonstrating deep craft and
end-to-end product thinking on native mobile consumer products.
Experience working on booking or marketplace apps a plus. You
believe the line is blurry between product and design leadership
and jump at opportunities to lead your cross-functional team
through ambiguity. You thrive on complexity and love to dive into
broad, deep, and complex problem spaces. Skilled at operating
independently to turn ambiguous, cross-functional problems into
clear, cohesive visions Adept at translating business objectives
into customer-centered design opportunities Strong in product
thinking: you can form rigorous hypotheses, influence team
understanding, and spot new opportunities. You have an ability to
analyze qualitative and quantitative insights and translate them
into actionable recommendations. Pay transparency It is Playlist's
intent to pay all Team Members competitive wages and salaries that
are motivational, fair and equitable. The goal of Playlist's
compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential
employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage
Team Members to stay with our organization. Actual compensation
packages are based on several factors that are unique to each
candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of
experience, certifications, and specific work location. The base
salary range for this position in the United States is $140k to
$175k. The total compensation package for this position may also
include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable
incentive compensation plans. Have we piqued your curiosity? Sound
like the role for you? We'd love to hear from you! Even if you're
not 100% sure about potential fit, we still encourage you to apply.
