Job Description

6+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst working for the Banking & Financial Industry in Data projects.
Must Have Skills:
# Proficient in preparing Business Requirements, Business Process Mapping, Business Flow Charts and Business Flow Diagrams.
# High Proficiency in performing data analysis and Data Mapping
# High proficiency with SQL language and database management
# Solid Experience in Preparing User Stories based on the existing application and Requirements.
# Working knowledge of common techniques, tools, and languages used for enterprise analysis and business modelling such as UML and MS Visio etc.
# Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
# Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
# Strong knowledge of the banking domain
# Strong exposure in performing GAP analysis
# Expertise in performing Regression and User Acceptance Testing
# Excellent Documentation skills, Presentation skills. Self-Starter, Quick Learner, and good team player

Preferred Qualifications
# Bachelors or Masters degree in IT or Computer Science

Roles & Responsibility
Role: Senior Business Analyst - Financial Domain
Roles & Responsibility:
--- Responsible to Prepare and maintain the Business Process Mapping, Business Flow Charts and Business Flow Diagrams.
--- Strong Knowledge in Financial domain and Credit and Risk Solutions to prepare business Process charts/flow diagrams/functional requirements by conducting JAD sessions and connecting with various stakeholders
--- Hold meetings with the application owner, SMEs, business to understand the application business flow and ecosystem quickly to prepare various charts and diagrams
--- Ability to problem solve and apply methodologies such as Unified Modeling Language and Rational Unified Process, to prepare detailed specifications using case statements and related documentation
--- Analyze and precisely file the business and systems requirements.
--- Excellent communication skill and would be working directly with customer.
--- Work will be in EST Time zone
--- Need to work from Client office location, NJ Morristown for 1-2times in a week
