What You’ll Do as an Account Trainee: Engage with customers in person to understand their communication needs and recommend personalized service packages (internet, mobile, and more). Assist with managing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and timely follow-ups for retention and renewals. Support account executives with lead generation efforts, community outreach, and door-to-door campaigns. Provide clear, confident product knowledge and service recommendations to help customers make informed decisions. Utilize mobile devices to securely enroll customers and track account progress. Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from start to finish. Collaborate with team members across departments to meet goals and exceed customer expectations. Track account performance and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
