Job Description:

and software solutions, we are seeking a dynamic Financial
Institution Strategic Partner Manager to expand and enrich our
strategic alliances with financial institutions worldwide. This
role is pivotal in driving business growth through the development
and management of robust, long-term partnerships with key financial
institutions. The successful candidate will leverage deep industry
knowledge and a strategic mindset to enhance market penetration and
capitalize on new opportunities within the financial services
sector. Identify, develop, and expand relationships with strategic
partners within the financial services industry. Negotiate and
close agreements with top tier financial institutions. Collaborate
with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to align strategies
and drive partnership success. Monitor market trends and
competitive activity to strategize accordingly. Manage partnership
performance metrics and ensure compliance with contractual
agreements. Facilitate communication and regular updates between
stakeholders to ensure alignment and achievement of joint goals.
Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to enhance
business offerings and practices. Strong negotiation and
relationship management skills Proven ability to develop and
execute business development strategies Deep understanding of the
financial services industry and market dynamics Excellent
analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication
and presentation skills Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft
Office Suite Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Preferably Certified Strategic Alliance
Professional (CSAP) Project management certifications (e.g., PMP)
