Job Description:

opportunities. Your Key Responsibilities Lead initiative to
digitalize gage output and data management. Perform Gage
Repeatability and Reproducibility (GRR) and MSA studies to evaluate
measurement methods. Compile and analyze measurement data and
statistics to assess measurement methods and process capability.
Train colleagues / technicians / inspectors on measurement
equipment (CMM, Roundness Gages, etc.). Compile and write training
material and conduct training sessions on quality control
activities. Utilize knowledge of ISO/ASME GD&T to interpret
engineering layouts, drawings, and documentation of various levels
of components, assemblies, and subassemblies. Work with launch
process to ensure tolerancing and gaging methods are achievable.
Develop and use measurement methods and equipment to determine the
dimension features of products conform to the design features.
Program and use CMM, Vision systems and form tracking systems.
General Troubleshooting of gage correlation or program issues.
Develop measurement programs for use by quality inspectors and
production personnel. Optimize inspection methods to expedite
inspections. Purchase and approve measurement equipment. Aid in
selection and management of equipment suppliers Your Qualifications
Mechanical Engineering Degree Would consider associates degree or
experience Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without
employment visa or other sponsorship This position must meet Export
Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined
