Job Description:
B. Braun Medical Inc., a key player in infusion therapy and pain
management, seeks an Introcan Associate 1 to join our manufacturing
team. This role focuses on the production of advanced medical
devices designed to enhance patient outcomes and meet the
healthcare industry's safety and quality standards. As an Introcan
Associate, you will contribute to the manufacturing of medical
products that positively impact lives and uphold our commitment to
innovation and excellence in healthcare. Operate production
machinery following all safety guidelines and procedures. Inspect
products to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of production data.
Assist in troubleshooting issues with production equipment and
processes. Adhere to all cleanroom protocols and production
schedules. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
and enhancements. Ensure compliance with all regulatory,
environmental, and industry standards. Ability to operate and
maintain industrial manufacturing machinery. Keen attention to
detail for thorough inspection and quality control. Strong
problem-solving skills to efficiently address production issues.
Effective communication skills for teamwork and process
documentation. Basic technical proficiency with computer systems
for data entry. Medical Insurance 401k Certification in Lean
Manufacturing or Six Sigma is advantageous but not required.
Training in FDA regulatory compliance or similar is a plus.
