A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Patient Registrar in Newton, NJ. The Patient Registrar will play a critical role in patient access by establishing medical record numbers and ensuring accurate patient information entry during registration. This is a part-time position with a night shift schedule. Patient Registrar Compensation Pay rate: $25.00 per hour Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates Patient Registrar Schedule Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (7.5 hours per shift) Part-time position Patient Registrar Responsibilities Provide immediate access for patients at multiple points of entry by establishing medical record numbers via proper search methods Verify insurance eligibility and accurately enter patient demographic and insurance information into electronic medical records Complete and process all required patient documentation and provide patients with federal, state, and Joint Commission-required information such as Patient Bill of Rights, HIPAA Notice of Privacy, and immunization letters Maintain data integrity within the patient access system and serve as the entry point for the revenue cycle Patient Registrar Requirements High School Diploma or GED Medical terminology knowledge (highly preferred) Registration experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Must be reliable and maintain attendance If you are interested in this Patient Registrar position, please contact Austin Faris at 586-710-7941 586-710-7941 or afaris@alinestaffing.com
